You will be based in our office in Milan, with a hybrid way of working.
What will you do?- Support in leading strategic and operational consultancy projects across different Operations sectors, such as engineering, procurement, production, logistics, supply chain management, and quality.
- Collaborate with top-tier management clients, guiding the formulation and execution of visionary strategies that embrace the Industry 5.0 ethos.
- Analysis and optimization of Operations costs, with focus on engineering efficiency, supply chain digitization, and environmentally-conscious factory management.
- Shape the blueprint of modern factories, embodying innovative production methodologies alongside streamlined, sustainable production planning and control systems.
- Create and propose new work methodologies that stimulate innovation, catalyzing operational efficiency while advancing Industry 5.0 principles.
- You have a Master's Degree in Engineering or Economics, gained with excellent results from a top University/Business School.
- You are fluent both in Italian and English (other European languages will be considered as a plus).
- You have a previous experience of at least 10-15 years within a Management Consulting company.
- Good Knowledge in Industry 5.0 principles.
- You are curious about emerging trends and technologies. Experience in international projects, will be considered as a plus.
- You have a strong customer focus.
- An open, communicative, team-oriented approach underscored by genuine empathy.
- An unwavering readiness to embrace both domestic and international travel, connecting Industry 5.0 insights across borders.
- You will work in a global organization with a wide variety of challenging opportunities, but in a local community where everyone knows your name and is always willing to help and exchange different perspectives in front of a coffee.
