We are looking to hire a Payroll Clerk to manage and oversee all aspects of our payroll processes. The ideal candidate should be deadline-driven and manage all tasks related to payroll with a high level of accuracy. Being highly analytical, attention to detail, and possessing robust numeric skills are crucial skills for payroll clerks.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering information on hours worked for each employee.
• Calculating the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
• Preparing employees’ compensation by the end of each period using payroll software.
• Conducting verifications of employment eligibility and keeping records updated.
• Resolving issues and answering payroll-related questions.
• Manage compensation packages using payroll software.
• Report on payroll expenses.
• Familiarity with general accounting principles.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant laws and best practices.
• Experience in data collection, entry, and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Computer savvy with a working knowledge of Payroll software (ADP, PayCom, UKG)
• Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
