215: Manager of Data Management - Minneapolis
Our client, a midsized consumer health products company, has asked us to find them a leader to optimize their data management processes and oversee their data management team. Does this sound like you? If so, please submit your resume and fill out our questionnaire ASAP!
THE WORK: The work includes reviewing the data management architecture, redesigning where appropriate, overseeing an offshore team as they implement the changes, and monitoring and optimizing the system going forward. The ability to jump into a new environment and make a plan while being flexible and creative with some legacy systems is key to this role!
LOCATION: This is a 100% remote role within the United States. It may require occasional travel.MODE: This is a permanent, full-time role.
REQUIRED: Applicants must be very strong in the following:
- SQL
- OLAP data modeling
- ETL design and implementation
- Master data management techniques
- Strong communication skills that can pivot between technical and non-technical folks
DESIRED: In addition, it would be great if you had some background working with:
- Snowflake
- BI/Data visualization (Power BI or Tableau)
- ETL tools (Pentaho preferred)
- Data science tools (R, Python)
- Big data (Spark, Hadoop)
- Marketing / campaign management tools
COMPENSATION: $115-125K plus a generous benefits package that includes health, dental, and life insurance; 401k; and a bonus program.
