The Service Repair Technician maintains and services housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by our customers.
Your hours will be from Monday - Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with some overtime.

Responsibilities:
You will:
- Service, maintain, and repair commercial cleaning and housekeeping equipment, such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, vacuums, warewash/laundry, machines, and dispensers
- Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain up-to-date records of services performed
- Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory
- Properly demonstrate equipment to customers
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge
- Follow safety and housekeeping procedures
Qualifications:
You have:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- A valid driver's license and a clean MVR
- Prior service repair and maintenance experience
- Electrical and mechanical experience
- Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment
- Excellent communication skills
