Machine Operator

Adecco has immediate full-time opportunities for Machine Operators on the night shift. Temporary and temp to hire opportunities available.
We are seeking hard working, reliable, enthusiastic people to join our team.
Work Schedule:
12 hour shift: 7pm – 7am, 3-4 nights/week, alternating weekends.
Machine Operator – Molding and assembly machines- Responsible for startup, shut down and overall operation of machine. This includes loading machine with parts, unloading product and changeovers.
- Ensure a constant supply of parts and materials at all times to avoid delays in production.
- Must be able to meet production, quality and safety standards.
- Assist in maintaining inventory control.
- Keep and maintain daily records.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and share ideas for continuous improvement.
- Quickly identify and report any machine issues or product defects.
- Excellent reliability required: excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be able to communicate in a timely and effective manner and work well with others as well as independently.
Must have excellent attendance and punctuality! Some previous manufacturing experience preferred. Must be able to stand for duration of shift and able to lift up to 25lbs.
Pay Details: $17.00 to $17.68 per hour
