The Child & Family Health Collaborative of Ohio (Collaborative) is a non-profit subsidiary of the Ohio Children’s Alliance. The Collaborative was founded in 2017 to propel community-based agencies to collaborate, innovate, and develop new program opportunities.

As a subsidiary of the Alliance, the Collaborative leverages the strength of more than 40 nonprofit community agencies to advance care delivery and social services innovation across Ohio. The Collaborative develops and centrally manages several programs that have improved the lives of thousands of children and families in Ohio including foster youth and alumni.

Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal focused individual to serve as Program Coordinator in our Health Care Network team, reporting to the Program Manager. This role is perfect for someone with a background in healthcare administration, social services or human services programming, including data monitoring and reporting, quality improvement, and stakeholder management to take on a challenging and rewarding position with a diverse, passionate team.

As a Program Coordinator, you will oversee plan, prepare, organize and maintain project documentation, coordinate key stakeholder meetings, and share information about crucial resources. This role requires a commitment to travel approximately 5% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder management: Coordinate referral assignments, vendor and provider communications, connections between the Network and stakeholders, maintain strong relationships with member agencies and partner organizations, and provide training and technical assistance as needed
  • Reporting: Document, track, and report data related to the program, assist with project data requirement for Health Information Exchange, and monitor and report on quality indicators and targets
  • Payment processing: Receive, organize, and manage payment process for service claims as needed
  • Support: Assist with department written policy and procedures, support overall project plans, schedules, and deliverables, and provide administrative support as required to maintain the Network

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public administration, public health, business administration, healthcare or related field; OR possess equivalent work experience
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple work assignments and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Compensation: $40,000-45,000 annually, negotiable commensurate with experience. Generous PTO, health/dental/life insurance coverage, 401(k) retirement program, professional develop opportunities, qualifies for public service student loan forgiveness.

Position Type: Full-Time. This position currently follows a hybrid work schedule with occasional in-person requirements, until further notice.
