Salary: $135-$160k + Bonus + Unlimited PTO

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and weekly cash analysis at the investment vehicle level and respond to internal and external inquiries.
• Oversee monthly account roll-ups and reconciliation for various investment accounts and prepare flash reports for different investment vehicles.
• Lead the quarterly close process, prepare financial statements, and maintain partner capital accounts.
• Prepare annual financial packages for auditors and tax accountants and respond to their inquiries.
• Work directly with various stakeholders on ad hoc projects, provide accounting analysis on acquisitions and dispositions, and ensure the confidentiality of all company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of accounting work experience, preferably in real estate, private equity, or financial services.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience in MRI and Juniper Square being highly preferable.
• Solid understanding of partnership/fund accounting concepts and ability to interpret legal agreements.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the company.
