Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst 2 to collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and processes. This role involves translating high-level needs into functional requirements and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Document needs as user stories, use cases, process flows, and mock-ups.
• Collaborate with project managers and QA teams for accurate implementation.
• Create and maintain business process documentation.
• Perform gap analysis and support process improvement.
• Assist in project planning and change management.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of business analysis experience.
• Proficient in creating prototypes and process diagrams.
• Familiar with Microsoft tools (SQL, Office, Azure, GIT).
• Experience with Agile projects and conducting workshops.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies.
• Experience in developing various requirement types.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
