The C-Suite Executive Assistant provides the highest level of executive support and serves as a contact for the most senior executive roles within Accenture. This individual works directly with the Executive’s Chief of Staff and administrative team to support the executive at the most effective and efficient level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle confidential information relevant to the strategy of the business, the executive, etc.
- Active member of the executive’s administrative and client teams, managing a high volume of requests and demands to identify solutions and understanding of impact.
- Manage complex calendar activity, including extensive rescheduling and providing status updates to executives, as needed.
- Prepare correspondence according to company guidelines including proposals and presentations, etc.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as completing Accenture forms, invoicing, account reconciliation and maintaining contact/distribution lists.
- Compile, process and analyze data, and prepare reports.
- Content management – printing, organizing information for meetings; maintaining detailed tracking and actionable items/lists.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings/conferences, handle logistics, follow up on action items and provide on-site support as appropriate.
- Develop relationships with executives’ clients, other key executives within the company, and their EA’s.
- Anticipate travel needs, coordinating complex travel (including all travel requirements/documentation) taking into consideration key executives, clients, etc. May require extensive rescheduling
- Arrange audio/video conference calls involving a global audience
- May manage executives’ time and expense reporting, including internal compliancy audits.
- Coordinate with internal/external suppliers to address support needs and issues according to local capabilities and guidelines.
- Manage mail/e-mail, identifying action required and taking action where appropriate.
- Stay updated on Accenture’s tools and technology and educate executives on new processes.
- Responsible for teaming with other Executive Assistants when needed to ensure seamless support
- EA may be asked to travel infrequently
Job Requirements:
- Required to be in-office to support client/customers, learning, community, and/or omni connected events as defined locally or by your geography and local EA leadership
- Required flexibility of work schedule and overtime (including some weekends) will be required to support leadership meetings.
