Responsibilities- Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures
- Answers questions regarding payments posting, payments disbursement, and account histories.
- Defines or resolves inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence.
- Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls
- Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
- Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs
- Maintains updated records and logs.
- All other duties as assigned
