We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative I in Memphis, Tennessee. Responsibilities:

  • Use your verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members. • Proficiency in customer service practices and principles
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and other computer programs
  • Knowledge of time management software, such as About Time
  • Understanding of billing processes and procedures
  • Experience in merchandising and product presentation
  • Familiarity with claim administration and making adjustments
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members
  • Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence and reporting
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints swiftly and professionally
  • Comfortable with using computer programs to perform job duties.
