Position Overview:

Location: Wellesley, MA

Our Licensed Massage Therapists are an essential part of our team, providing our clients with exceptional spa experiences that are centered completely around them. As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Bella Sante Spas, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, alongside a team of highly skilled professionals who are committed to excellence.

• Provide clients with exceptional massage therapy services that are tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all established protocols and procedures for client care.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Attend all required training and development sessions.

• Active Massachusetts Massage Therapy License.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa or clinical setting.
• Experience with a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, and hot stone.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for providing exceptional client service.
