Inside Sales Manager

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will represent a cutting-edge Generative AI platform tailored for the healthcare and hospital sector. This platform is designed to help large hospitals enhance their clinical outcomes through advanced AI-driven insights and tools.

You will work with major healthcare institutions, positioning the product as a transformative solution for improving patient care and operational efficiency.

  • Nurture a high volume of accounts; upsell, cross-sell, and activate existing and new accounts.
  • Own end-to-end sales responsibility (0-100%) for pipeline origination, progression, closure, and post-close account management.
  • Retain and grow revenue within accounts.
  • Develop an understanding of partners’ business goals and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to maintain and grow relationships.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key business metrics to leadership.
  • Lead and develop the next generation of sales leaders.
  • Drive sales team performance by setting KPI targets and directly leading Digital Inside Sales sellers.
  • Conduct regular group and individual sales meetings.
  • Implement personalized sales and messaging strategies to optimize team performance.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
  • Generate and report weekly sales data.
  • Own team performance against sales targets and implement an effective sales execution process.

This is a hybrid role.
