We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for handling daily help desk calls and emails, maintaining and servicing equipment, and providing support for various software and hardware requests.

Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage and respond to help desk calls and emails on a daily basis
  • Generate tickets based on customer inquiries and assign to appropriate team members as necessary
  • Regularly visit different sites to assist end users and manage equipment
  • Ensure optimal operation of equipment through regular building and servicing
  • Provide comprehensive support for desktop and end users, addressing their tickets
  • Troubleshoot both software and hardware requests to maintain seamless operation
  • Support Office 365 related queries and issues
  • Utilize Peoplesoft ticketing system for efficient management of customer requests
  • Work on Windows-based operating systems to resolve customer issues
  • Handle occasional configuration tasks for Cisco based phone systems
  • Prioritize end user support, dedicating a significant portion of your role to this aspect while also contributing to network projects
  • Ability to handle physical aspects of the role, including lifting equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Continuously learn new things and adapt to evolving technology needs, while maintaining excellent customer service. • Proficiency in Android Development
  • Extensive knowledge of Cisco Technologies
  • Experience with Citrix Technologies
  • Familiarity with Mac Computers
  • Expertise in Microsoft systems and software
  • Competence in Active Directory
  • Proficiency in handling Apple Devices
  • Understanding of Computer Hardware
  • Experience in Configuration Management
  • Knowledge in software and hardware Deployments
