-the-job experience, we provide offsite team building and community outreach activities.

Our internship program runs mid-May through the early/mid-August.

**This is a hybrid work situation, 3 days in-office required.**

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding of new employees – Laptop setup, Network connectivity, System Access.
  • Participate in infrastructure upgrade projects.
  • Assist with cyber security roadmap implementation.
  • Help resolve service desk tickets.
  • Assist with global infrastructure planning efforts.
  • Follow up on open items.
  • Attend team meetings and performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail; strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with business partners.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical/critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and stay organized.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates teamwork capabilities.
