We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Controller to join our team, based in Boston, Massachusetts. The chosen candidate will be a key figure in our finance team, working in the AI SaaS industry. The role involves a variety of responsibilities such as managing financial processes, reporting, and auditing, among other tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications to ensure accuracy
• Maintain precise records of customer credit
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to manage financial data
• Implement ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial operations
• Use Concur for expense management
• Generate reports using Crystal Reports to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with DCAA regulations
• Oversee all accounting functions to ensure financial stability
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain cash flow
• Conduct auditing procedures to ensure financial accuracy
• Oversee billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role or related field
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Concur software
• Ability to generate and analyze Crystal Reports
• Knowledge of DCAA requirements and regulations
• Demonstrable experience with Accounting Functions
• Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proven experience in Auditing
• Ability to handle Billing Functions efficiently and accurately
