The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager within our Abbott Rapid Diagnostics business located in Lake Forest, IL.
What You’ll Do- Oversee financial planning and reporting for the Infectious Disease (ID) business unit headquarters functions.
- Partner with Global Marketing for ad hoc business analytics.
- Lead the annual Organic Execution Model process within the business unit.
- Develop and implement financial process improvements and standardization across the business unit.
- Create relevant and insightful financial metrics for ID leadership.
- Prepare the monthly management reporting package.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or accounting.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing deadlines.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Proactive problem solver with a knack for streamlining processes.
- Comfortable with complexity and change.
- High level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; Power ON skills is a plus.

The base pay for this position is $95,000.00 – $190,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
