Achieve and maintain all ISO certifications and ensure compliance with HSE&Q regulations.Develop strategic plans for HSE initiatives and facilitate change to improve performance.
Coach and communicate HSE&Q strategies to the team, ensuring everyone understands and complies with requirements.
Maintain accurate injury-illness records and ensure documentation meets corporate and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in an OHS-related field preferred; advanced degree or professional certification (CIH, CRSP, or CSP) is desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of OHS-related experience in heavy manufacturing.
Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
