- Ability to conduct thorough auditing processes to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
- Experience in conducting background checks to verify the information provided by job applicants
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements related to human resources and employment laws
- Expertise in applicant screening and prescreening to shortlist potential candidates for various job roles
- Excellent calendar management and calendaring skills to organize and schedule interviews, meetings, and other HR events
- Ability to create and manage job postings across various platforms to attract potential candidates
- Familiarity with 'Paylocity' software for efficient management of payroll and human resources information
- Strong data entry skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
