  • Coordinate timely responses to customer inquiries related to HR.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications. • Proficiency in using the 'About Time' software for effective time management and task scheduling
  • Ability to conduct thorough auditing processes to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
  • Experience in conducting background checks to verify the information provided by job applicants
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements related to human resources and employment laws
  • Expertise in applicant screening and prescreening to shortlist potential candidates for various job roles
  • Excellent calendar management and calendaring skills to organize and schedule interviews, meetings, and other HR events
  • Ability to create and manage job postings across various platforms to attract potential candidates
  • Familiarity with 'Paylocity' software for efficient management of payroll and human resources information
  • Strong data entry skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
