Manager - Sales Support - Randstad

- Lead a team of Specialists who support the Sales team. Provide guidance, feedback, training, and ensure specialists meet and exceed goals
- Work with multiple departments to collaborate and align strategies with overall business goals
- Find opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency
- Create KPIs and the methods for tracking team performance
- Work with senior leadership to plan sales strategies to hit and exceed revenue targets
- Support sales with forecasting
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and nurture relationships for continued partnerships and growth
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years in sales operations or customer service
- 3+ years in a leadership position
- 3+ years of experience in sales data reporting, forecasting, and analysis
