Our client is a leader in aerospace innovation, designing and manufacturing cutting-edge components for commercial, defense, and space applications. We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of high-performance aerospace systems.

Both entry level candidates fresh out of school as well as expereinced candidates are encouraged to apply.

salary: $70,000 - $120,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for aerospace applications.
Create 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using CAD software (Siemens NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.).
Conduct structural, thermal, and stress analyses to ensure designs meet performance and safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and quality engineers, to optimize designs for production.
Perform tolerance analysis and material selection for high-performance aerospace components.
Support prototype development, testing, and validation of designs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as AS9100, FAA, and NASA requirements.
