Administrative Support Specialist
The ideal candidate will possess organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must have: High attention to detail, especially when handling data entry and file management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members, trainees, and other departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Problem-solving skills and the ability to independently troubleshoot issues.
Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional approach to assisting colleagues and trainees. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and new tasks.
salary: $20 - $22 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities- Organize and maintain both digital and physical files related to training materials, employee records, and other relevant documents to ensure easy access and efficient retrieval.
- Accurately input and update training records, schedules, and other related data into company systems to maintain up-to-date information.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, meetings, and events. Ensure that all logistics, such as room bookings, equipment, and participant communication, are managed efficiently.
- Keep training materials, resources, and related documentation well-organized and up-to-date, ensuring easy access for team members and trainees.
- Submit and track work orders for training facilities and equipment, ensuring that all necessary resources are in place for upcoming sessions.
- Provide general administrative support to the Training Department, assisting with tasks such as document preparation, email communication, and meeting coordination.
