Company Overview:
The Sales Account Executive maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers in addition to creating new business partnerships for the sales team. Works with existing relationships in LATAM to expand and grow business opportunities.The Sales Account Executive is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. Represents the entire range of company solutions products and services to assigned customers while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring the achievement of assigned customers' needs and the company's expectations.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions- Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.
- Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
- Maintains funnel accuracy.
- Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
- Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
- Own Entire sales process.
- Coordinate strategy with the rest of the affiliates.
- Maintain and be the face of the Organization in front of the customers in the HQ.
Qualifications:
Education- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related field Preferred or
- Bachelor's Degree Engineering or equivalent experience in Telecom field Preferred
- 10+ years 8+ Years of Sales (Account Executive) experience in the telecommunication industry or related industries and at the Enterprise
- Experience in the full sales cycle process: Prospecting, setting meetings, follow up, closing, etc.
- Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills,
- A strong sense of urgency
- Excellent oral, written communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing and proofreading.
- Ability to communicate information effectively and persuasively.
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) a plus.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated above. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
