Accounts Payable Specialist

The selected candidate will also have the chance to broaden their detail-oriented horizon by participating in higher-level accounting tasks in the Healthcare/NHS industry.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage high-volume invoice processing for accuracy.
• Support the accounting team during month-end close activities.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely payments are made.
• Utilize the EHR SYSTEM for maintaining accurate customer records.
• Conduct data entry tasks as required, ensuring precision and speed.
• Use Microsoft Excel to monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize your skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, and Coding Invoices.
• Play a key role in the transition to automate our AP process.
• Contribute to broader accounting tasks as the role evolves. • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary
• Experience in conducting Check Runs is essential
• Ability to perform Coding of Invoices efficiently
• Demonstrated skills in accurate and efficient Data Entry
• Proven experience in Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM in a healthcare setting is desirable
