IT Support Specialist - Medical Systems

Job Summary:

Deliver comprehensive IT support for healthcare systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Engage with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain high service quality under SLA guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Address support tickets with urgency, following escalation protocols as needed.
Record detailed notes for all interactions and problem-solving steps.
Provide exceptional customer service to users at all levels.
Troubleshoot technical issues with hospital and imaging systems, including PACS and EPIC.

Qualifications:

Experience in a clinical or hospital IT environment preferred.
Hands-on experience with IIS, HIS, PACS, or similar systems required.
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.

Previous service desk experience is essential.
