AIA Billing Specialist
The ideal candidate must have experience in the Construction Industry.
- TYPE: Direct Hire
- LOCATION: 100% onsite in Fremont, CA
- SCHEDULE: 7:00 am- 4:00 pm (no overtime)
- PAY: $31.00 - $40.00

Responsibilities- Generate and send out invoices to clients on a timely basis.
- Review and verify the accuracy of billing data to resolve any discrepancies.
- Process payments received and apply cash to appropriate accounts.
- Monitor accounts receivable accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Match client's purchase orders with internal orders and submit for billing to match.
- Prepare and submit insurance documents.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by the AR Manager.
