Distribution Maintenance Technician - Randstad

Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment, conveyors, automated systems, and other distribution center machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems within the distribution center.
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks to ensure all equipment runs smoothly and to minimize downtime.
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed during maintenance and repairs, maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in the installation of new systems and equipment, ensuring proper integration and functionality.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to promptly address any equipment failures and keep operations running efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts used.
- Monitor system performance and assist in optimizing equipment to improve overall efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ways to enhance operational effectiveness.
