We are seeking a responsible Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support in our fast-paced Financial Services Office. This role calls for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to foster a positive team environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Deliver superior customer service and handle all incoming telephone calls. Experience with a multi-line phone system is beneficial.
  • Efficiently greet and check-in all incoming visitors and clients.
  • Manage all aspects of incoming and outgoing mail and UPS services.
  • Proficient in computer programs, especially MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with specific company programs and software, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
  • Manage calendars, assist with data entry, and manage filing systems.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Understanding of office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
  • Previous experience in the Financial/Insurance industry is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative/clerical experience.
