Help Desk Analyst III

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst III in Coconut Grove, Florida. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our team, providing first-line technical support to end-users within the banking industry. This role involves troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating issues related to hardware, software, and network services.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to bank employees via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 and related applications.
- Assist in managing and supporting JDE EnterpriseOne system, resolving user issues as necessary.
- Perform basic security tasks, including monitoring, vulnerability identification, and applying security patches.
- Configure and set up workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and perform basic networking tasks.
- Assist with the setup, management, and maintenance of virtual machines (VMware).
- Ensure timely response and resolution of help desk tickets.
- Document and escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff.
- Collaborate with team members to support IT infrastructure projects.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory records.
- Proficiency in Android Development
- Proficient in Cisco Technologies
- Knowledge of Citrix Technologies
- Familiarity with Database management
- Experience with EO/IR systems
- Proficiency in Active Directory
- Knowledge of Apple Devices
- Understanding of Computer Hardware
- Experience in Configuration Management
- Familiarity with Deployments
- Experience with JDE EnterpriseOne
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Familiarity with VMware
- Comptia A+ certification is required
