We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer with a Professional Engineer (PE) license to join our team
Job Description- Conduct structural assessments and inspections of parking garages to evaluate damage, deterioration, and overall structural integrity.
- Develop and design effective remediation plans and repair solutions for concrete structures, focusing on safety, durability, and longevity.
- Perform structural analysis and calculations to support repair and remediation strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and construction teams to ensure remediation projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality specifications.
- Prepare technical reports, construction drawings, and specifications for concrete repair projects.
- Manage and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring that remediation work aligns with design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Work with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities, including addressing any technical challenges that arise during the remediation process.
- Ensure projects adhere to safety regulations, environmental requirements, and quality control standards throughout all project phases.
- Provide engineering expertise and support in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Weekly site visits with in territory 80 mile radius

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on concrete structures and parking garage remediation.
- Strong knowledge of concrete repair techniques, structural analysis, and the remediation of deteriorated parking garages.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD, RISA, SAP2000) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and best practices related to structural design and concrete repair, including ACI, IBC, and local building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and effectively to clients and team members.
