We are seeking for a Full-Time, detailed oriented, highly skilled and experienced Human Resources to join our team. As the HR and Payroll manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all HR functions and providing support to all employees.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about payroll management, conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and process weekly payroll for multiple companies, union and non-union employees
Process and submit all project related certified payroll reports (weekly), EEO, DBE/SBE, LCPTRACKER. Ensure and stay up-to-date with all applicable compliance laws and regulations.
Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local, tax, wage and hour laws
Oversee the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems
Assist with the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
Ensure workplace safety by promoting OSHA guidelines and conducting regular safety training
Manage company benefits, recruitment, and Employee Policy manual
