MID-SENIOR PRIVACY LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated mid-level Associate Attorney to join their Privacy Litigation team in Atlanta, Chicago, Kansas City, or Los Angeles(link removed) This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge privacy litigation matters and collaborate with experienced attorneys in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction(link removed)>
- 3+ years of substantive litigation experience.
- Privacy litigation experience preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation, including drafting briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and international privacy laws provides a strong advantage.
- Prior law firm or judicial clerkship experience preferred.
- Superb research, writing, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex privacy litigation cases, managing a wide range of issues related to privacy laws and data protection.
- Navigate complex legal subject matters efficiently, providing clients with strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with attorneys across the national practice, contributing to high-stakes litigation strategies.
- Engage in all phases of litigation, from case initiation through trial preparation and resolution.
