Warehouse Supervisor II
As a Supervisor on the Warehouse floor, this position is responsible for overall output, condition, quality, and capability of various functions in the warehouse. Plans, organizes, and monitors the receiving, storage and distribution of all items received.
Ensures a smooth and consistent operation so parts and supplies are located and distributed to proper departments in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer. This position assures that processes procedures, equipment, documentation, and personnel are in place to meet the business objectives of their area and the company.

salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per yearshift: First

Responsibilities- Invest in warehouse team members to develop a collaborative leadership style, while utilizing the tools, processes, procedures, equipment, and operations to meet the business objectives.
- Own the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse teams, including identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.
- Effectively partner with the Operations Manager, Leads, other Supervisors to ensure daily tasks and quality standards are achieved.
- Empower warehouse team members performance to include coaching, training, and providing clear direction to meet customer requirements, warehouse demands and Company goals.
- Maintain Warehouse team members by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; and evaluating performance.
- Communicate policies to warehouse team members and act as the primary information source for the team -maintaining compliance, consistency, and taking disciplinary action when needed
- Support departmental and site KPI's, including team Engagement, Safety, On Time Delivery, and Productivity
- Use sound judgement to make good decisions, leveraging data as needed.
- Implement and enforces all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
- Arranges maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment.
- Plans and coordinates work, trains and motivates, monitors, and evaluates performance of warehouse associates.
- Conducts daily meetings to convey daily tasks to employees.
