Bookkeeper

Responsibilities- Prior bookkeeping related experience in construction.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in accounts payable & receivable and month end closing.
- AIA billing and Release of Liens.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting transactions and financial records
- Work closely with accounting auditing when required
- QuickBooks.
- Construction Lien (2 years of experience is required)
- AIA Forms (2 years of experience is required)
- Construction (2 years of experience is required)
- QuickBooks (2 years of experience is required)
- Years of experience: 7 years
- Experience level: Experienced
