What does a Clinical Supervisor do?
MST is an intensive family- and community-based treatment program that addresses all environments that impact high risk youth - homes and families, schools and teachers, neighborhoods and friends.
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for children and families. Based out of Orlando, FL; this position with the Multisystemic Therapy for youth with serious behavioral and emotional problems (MST-Psychiatric) is responsible for:
- Collaborating with agencies by providing ongoing evaluations and staff development
- Interfacing with MST-Psychiatric expert consultants and providing overall program management
- Being a Servant Leader by supporting Therapists and Crisis Caseworkers by implementing MST-Psychiatric services 24-hours per day, 7 days per week
Position Details:
Pay Range: This position range is $62,500 - $71,250 / annual. Salary is based on relevant education, Licensure, and experience.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Master's degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or human services field required
- Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida required.
Experience:
- Specific experience in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy and behaviorally-based treatments preferred
- Two to three years of clinical supervisory-level experience preferred.
Schedule:
- Intensive 10 day training with MST required
Other Requirements:
- Valid Driver's license
- Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test. Devereux requires all employees to obtain the annual Influenza Vaccine.
- Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children
