Marksman Security Corporation is now seeking a Regional Director of Operations!

The Regional Director of Operations will oversee security personnel, ensuring the sites are properly staffed and officers are trained and motivated. The Regional Director of Operations will work closely with the client contact to achieve goals and objectives set forth by Marksman Security and the association.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in corrections, law enforcement, military security, account management

armed or unarmed guard/officer experience and or other related fields.

Qualifications:

Marksman Security Corporation is now seeking a Regional Director of Operations, responsible for the safety and security of operations at 6 facilities, maintaining 9000 weekly payroll hours across the Dallas and Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will be committed to both the customer and employee experience, promoting company culture, values, and beliefs with passion.
You will work closely with clients to maintain compliance with standard operating procedures and client expectations. Your responsibilities will include talent acquisition, talent development, scheduling, payroll, training, tracking uniform inventory, document incidents, and maintaining strong client relations.

Additional skills needed are excellent computer skills and well versed in project management, budgeting, payroll auditing, strategic planning, and operational reporting. Thorough knowledge of software applications such as Winteam, Omnigo, Ehub and TrackTik are a plus.

Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Work under the supervision of the National Account Vice President and with our client’s management team to develop and execute corporate objectives and goals. Oversee 6 DFW sites and their management teams. Regularly visit sites to assess and address any operational functions.
  2. Security Operations: Manage the client’s portfolio security operations relating to physical security and security operation center functions. Effectively schedule approximately 9000 security hours per week. Work collaboratively with Marksman’s Global Partners’ support teams to maintain the highest quality and service levels to support client trust and compliance with program requirements.
  3. Performance Metrics: Utilize current defined metrics associated with measuring the success of the security and safety processes. Report these metrics on a routine cadence to drive program quality and compliance.
Measure the effectiveness of the processes and the achievement of objectives.
  1. Team Engagement:Foster a culture of team engagement and collaboration, ensuring all team members are motivated, well-informed and aligned with company objectives. Implement strategies to enhance communication, morale and overall team performance.
  2. Program Oversight: Drive security operations excellence and innovation across portfolio security operations.
  3. Relationship Management: Nurture client relationships, effectively collaborate with organizational and cross-functional teams. Foster communication to enact open-door policy.
  4. Training and Development: Work collaboratively with the Training and Development team to support the application of best operational practices, optimize and implement innovative training in partnership with cross-functional teams, responsible for mentoring teams to support future growth.
  5. Develop and implement all site-specific security policies to successfully achieve program goals.
  6. Ensure through your management and supervisory teams that all officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports, maintaining professionalism.
  7. Work with the management and supervisory teams to address and rectify all human resources matters, including staffing and payroll concerns in a timely manner.
  8. Ensure the administrative team are recruiting, hiring and training officers to ensure operational performance.

Be accessible by phone, text, and email for client partners and senior Marksman leadership at all times (24/7 on-call).

  3. Ensure all documentations and reports adhere to company standards and are presented with clarity and precision.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of five (5) years of security operations-related experience required or an equivalent combination of
education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by Marksman.
  • Minimum of three (5) years of senioor management experience, preferably in corporate security and guard force
management.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferred
  • Highly motivated, energetic, self-directed individual with great analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely while also sharing technical concepts effectively to a varied
audience.
