Sr. Accountant

You will also play a crucial role in cash management efforts and will be expected to utilize your skills in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
• Oversee daily cash flow and cash management operations
• Prepare and enter journal entries related to bank transactions
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounts
• Manage and report on corporate card and other expenses
• Monitor and reconcile multiple banking accounts on a regular basis
• Utilize Excel formulas for various accounting tasks and schedules
• Assist in the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Utilize accounting software, including NetSuite and Concur Expense, for various tasks
• Maintain standard operating procedures for accounting tasks and processes.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of full cycle accounting experience.
• Proficiency in account reconciliation is a mandatory requirement for this role, particularly in balance sheet reconciliation.
• Applicants should have experience in performing complex bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including the use of complex Excel formulas.
• Experience having prominent role in month-end close procedures.
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
• Strong skills in cash management, including daily cash flow management and cash reconciliations.
