Responsibilities:

• Supervision and direction of accounts payable, vehicle, parts, service & warranty accounts receivable, and administrative tasks within the accounting department.
• Assisting with the training and development of staff to ensure smooth operations in the Accounting Department.
• Overseeing the financial close process and procedures, verifying that general ledger entries and account reconciliations align with corporate policies and procedures.
• Generation of accurate financial statements for each financial period and ensuring timely distribution to management and corporate.
• Providing management with detailed summaries of financial results, including an analysis of historical trends.
• Ensuring that financial transactions and reporting comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies and procedures.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller role within the manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Accounting Software Systems.
• Comprehensive understanding and ability to perform all Accounting Functions.
• Proven experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP).
• Demonstrated ability in handling Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience in conducting Auditing.
• Proficient in managing Budget Processes.
