Position Summary for Sales Account Manager:

Horton, Inc. has an opening for a Sales Account Manager to work in our Roseville location. This position represents the company in sales and engineering activities focused on assigned OEM accounts. This manager maintains relationships, collects customer feedback, persuades customers to buy and resolves conflicts.

They are also responsible for identifiing new customers.

Responsibilities

Sales Account Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Manages the process of selling multiple product lines to OEM accounts.
  2. Identifies new customers for Horton products.
  3. Develops personal relationships with client staff.
  4. Provides input on design opportunities through frequent dialogue with company technical staff.
  5. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Sales Account Manager Qualifications:

The position requires skills and knowledge consistent with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent and four or more years of related OEM sales experience; transportation industry experience preferred. Position requires up to 60% travel, domestic and some international.

Note: equivalent education equals 2 years of closely related experience for 1 year of education.
