We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Oklahoma City, OK. Our ideal Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain.Job duties include performing trigger point|joint injections, and we prefer a candidate who has some experience in injections. We need a provider to cover our clinic on Wednesdays.

We offer patients relief from chronic pain conditions, including arthritis and sciatica, and persistent pain in the knees or lower back. We have a dynamic, well-educated team of medical professionals including a physician, advance practice provider and amazing support staff.
Duties: Patient exam|evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records|imaging)
Order and review tests|labsDiagnosis and treatment plan formulation
Patient education as to diagnosis and treatment options
Manage patient care
Treatments- perform trigger point, joint and regen med injections
Documentation and progress notes
Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements: Graduation from and accredited PA or NP program
PA|NP license in OKOrthopedic joint injection, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
