Maintenance Mechanic (Any Shift!)

Full-time opportunity, 3rd shift + OT!

Our client, a premier manufacturer local to Baltimore, MD is searching for a Maintenance Mechanic. As a Maintenance Mechanic, your primary role involves the upkeep and repair of machinery, equipment, and systems. Leveraging your technical expertise and adept problem-solving abilities, you'll diagnose and resolve issues swiftly, ensuring machines operate at peak efficiency and downtime is minimized.

• Inspect and test machinery and equipment for visual defects
• Listen and identify unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction
• Collaborate with other team members to discuss machine operation variations, diagnose problems, and repair machines
• Assemble and disassemble machinery to conduct repairs as needed
• Sanitize and lubricate machinery and equipment
• Install and repair electrical apparatuses such as transformers, breakers, switches, receptacles, wiring, and electronic components of machinery and equipment
• Repair and maintain the physical structure of equipment
• Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
