Recruiting a Sawmill Supervisor for our client who is in the wood industry. To be considered, you must have hands-on experience in the wood industry and experience leading, training and developing a production team. Youll focus on providing leadership as they operate equipment safely, produce quality products, and achieve production targets.

Youll need skills such as communication, listening for understanding, team building, problem-solving, decision-making skills. Fully embrace safety compliance and lead by example. Youll need a solid understanding of product quality standards.

Minimum requirements for this Supervisors position: High School diploma or GED
