Accounts Payable Manager
A growing industrial manufacturer in Piscataway seeks an Accounts Payable Administrator (hybrid opportunity) with two plus years’ experience. Experience with NetSuite and supervising a team in accounts payable is required. In this role, you will be tasked with handling accounts payable functions, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless financial operations
- Monitor customer accounts and implement necessary actions based on account status
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Maintain and update customer credit records
- Utilize NetSuite for various accounts payable functions
- Develop strategies for improving accounts payable processes
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of financial information
