We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant with knowledge of Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), and QuickBooks. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial tasks, ensuring timely billing and payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Additionally, you will provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, manage client relations, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a commitment to maintaining positive client relationships.

salary: $18 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities
  • Process payments, send invoices, and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Reconcile payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments.
  • Reconcile discrepancies and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Enter transactions, generate financial reports, and assist with month-end close
  • Manage communications (calls, emails, scheduling) and office supply inventory.
  • Handle filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Address and resolve customer issues with a focus on maintaining relationships.
