Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Process Improvement, or other relevant area of study, and experience with privacy, non-financial audit management, security and process management experience.
- Individual should have working knowledge of the healthcare environment and either HIPAA, HITECH or general privacy and security regulations
- Must be able to synthesize complex systems and risk information into a format easily and completely understood by a diverse audience.
- Individual must have working knowledge of privacy and security regulations, audit management, system controls, business operating processes, and healthcare environment.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be capable of building relationships that helps to ensure acceptance of change needs.
- Must have the ability to communicate throughout all levels of the company and be process-oriented.
- Individual must demonstrate ability to focus on details, creative problem solving, and juggling multiple priorities.
- Should possess strong analytical and technical writing skills, and be able to communicate and educate using diverse creative outlets.
About you:
- FEPOC does not have a structured Compliance Department. They currently just do around 20 Audits per year.
- The Lead position is of a Manager who will take their existing 25-30 SOPs and create a structure for the Compliance Department
- Should have knowledge & experience in Health Care, HIPAA, PII & PHI, Contracts. Some background in IT Security as it relates to compliance is needed
- MS Office and SharePoint usage expertise
