Madison - Telecommunications Analyst Iii
Candidates MUST be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI at their own expense prior to starting. This position can work 100% remotely (within the state of WI).
Provides technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, primarily focused on telecommunications infrastructure management, deployment, and maintenance. Requires working knowledge of and experience with networking, mobile, desk phones, and desktop technologies including, but not limited to, desktop applications, smart phones (iOS), VoIP, and PBX telecom systems.
The DOC telecom group manages:
- Cisco infrastructure and endpoints
- Mitel VoIP PBX and ACD
- Telecommunication Company management
- Smart phone support
- Airwatch
- Apple Business Management
- Video conferencing account management
Minimally qualified applicants must have:
- Working knowledge of Telecommunication concepts such as SIP, H323 and other VoIP technologies
- Working knowledge of Networking concepts
- Experience with Cisco phones and infrastructure
- Video Conferencing infrastructure and endpoints management
- Unified Communications Systems (Webex, PBX, ACD, etc)
- Mobile device support and Management
- Networking Concepts (CUBE, SBC, SIP, H323, VoIP, etc)
