Treasury Analyst/Assistant Treasurer - HYBRID Opportunity

Anna Parson at Robert Half is seeking an analytical and articulate Treasury Analyst/Assistant Treasurer to join a dynamic client in the Hauppauge area.

As the Treasury Analyst/Assistant Treasurer, you will:

• Conduct daily cash flow forecasting and modeling by reviewing historical cash disbursements and collections to build a meaningful and accurate cash forecast
• Work closely with the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team to identify risk areas, maximize timely collections and schedule proper disbursements
• Collaborate closely with various functions including AP, AR, purchasing, sales and credit to identify risk areas and process improvements
• Handle high volume cash activities and ensure efficient management of cash flows
• Continually seek and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiencies and accuracy in daily operations
• Showcase your Advanced Excel skills to create meaningful Cash Analysis

Treasury Analyst/Assistant Treasurer must have previous cash flow forecasting experience in a High-Volume environment, excellent communication skills and drive to improve processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a treasury function within the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in cash flow analysis, cash flow modeling, and cash flow forecasts
• Demonstrated experience in daily cash management and daily cash flow
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proven track record in process improvement, including managing process improvement projects and initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
