Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Estimator:

Prepare estimates for general contracting healthcare and commercial projects.
Collaborate with the company owners or Senior Estimator, depending on experience.
Use Procore for estimating (training available if not familiar).
Assist in maintaining project budgets and timelines.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Estimator:

3+ years of experience in estimating, ideally in healthcare or commercial construction.
Ability to work in a close-knit, collaborative team environment.
Procore experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills for working directly with clients and vendors.
