Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Service Technician are:
- Perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services on compressed air systems, vacuum pumps, and related equipment.
- Install new systems and ensure proper setup, testing, and client training.
- Conduct regular inspections, diagnose issues, and provide recommendations to optimize system performance.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the Service Team to schedule service calls and respond to emergency repairs.
- Educate customers on best practices for equipment maintenance and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company guidelines.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Service Technician will have:
- High school diploma or GED; vocational or technical training is preferred.
- Compressed air or vacuum systems experience is required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic electrical knowledge and experience working with mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
