About Our Client

Our client is a well-established and growing Houston-based full-service commercial real estate firm.

Job Description
  • Landlord/lender/tenant/vendor contact
  • Asset management (property inspections, bank reconciliations, financial reports, approve Invoices /outgoing checks, rent & CAM abatement, check requests,
property mortgages, bank wires)
  • Tenant relations/customer service
  • Manage vendor/contractor service agreements
  • Property budget preparation
  • Oversight of new construction & property rehab
  • Insurance claims & lender inspections
  • Lease renewals, assignments tenant expansions & relocations
  • Property refinance
  • Process monthly financial reports, oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and monthly billings.
  • Produce all CAM reconciliations and annual Budgets.
  • Participate in due diligence and proposed new investment transactions and preparation of transaction support, and writing proposal for final investment committee presentation.
  • Develop and implement Company's Asset Management plan which includes overseeing closings,
monitoring development and asset disposition.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with Landlords, Real Estate Brokers and Developers.
  • Manage the design and development processes of store environments from kick off to final approval.

The Successful Applicant
  • High degree of flexibility and tolerance for change
  • Ability to juggle many tasks at once, operate under Urgent time constraints at times and able to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks continuously.
  • Some college and real estate license preferred
  • 3+ years commercial retail property management experience
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Motivated, self-starter with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
  • Team player who is able to work independently, be flexible and multi-task
  • Ability to speak and write professionally and effectively with owners, tenants and service providers
